On the 30th day, the buyer has the right to decide to accept or reject the award.. All vehicles are offered AS IS, WHERE with no warranty either specific or implied. All sales are final and invoices are due upon receipt and must be paid for within 24 hours. (barring weekends). Payment Payment is accepted via wire transfer only unless specific arrangements are made on an individual basis. In such a case, instructions given must be carried out exactly. All Payments are to include the invoice number in comments on the wire transfer. It is the buyers responsibility to pick up the purchased vehicle with in the specified time given on the release and if picked up after given date, the buyer will be responsible for paying storage fees assessed by the location. Titles Title Status given is not guaranteed. Although every effort is given to assure the suggested title status is honored, status is the final decision of the seller . Titles are DELAYED and can take up to 8 weeks or longer to deliver due to the lease conditions, (duplicate title orders, lease buy outs etc.) however every effort will be made to encourage speedy compliance. Expedites are made automatically. Termination of access Non payment of a vehicle will result in cancellation of access privileges. In the event of cancellation, reinstatement will not be considered. Privacy This is a .closed. website and access is by invitation only. Any information to register is private and will never be shared with any other company or individual for any reason.
